Overview

At MyAlankarini, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we make the refund process as simple and fast as possible.

All refunds are processed either to your MyAlankarini Wallet (instant) or via the original payment method, depending on your order type and preference.

✅ Wallet refunds are always instant — credited as soon as your return or cancellation is verified by our team.

💡 Why wallet refunds? Wallet credits are instant and can be used immediately for your next purchase. Bank refunds via Razorpay take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We default to wallet for speed — contact support if you need a bank refund.

Return-Based Refunds

Once you submit a return request and our team verifies your evidence (unboxing video and/or photos), a refund is processed immediately.

Restocking fee: A ₹30 restocking fee applies for returns due to size/fit issues or changed mind. No fee for wrong item, damaged, or not as described.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Minimum order value for return eligibility: ₹100.

Section 05

Cancellation Refunds

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please use the Returns flow instead.

  • Online payment orders: Full refund to wallet instantly on cancellation.
  • COD orders: No payment was made, so no refund is applicable.
  • Cancelled by us: If we cancel your order for any reason (out of stock, address unserviceable), a full refund is credited to your wallet within 24 hours.
To cancel an order, go to My Account → Orders → Cancel Order. Cancellation is only available for orders in "Confirmed" status.

MyAlankarini Wallet Credits

Your MyAlankarini Wallet is a secure in-app balance that can be used for any purchase on our platform.

  • Wallet credits never expire.
  • Wallet balance can be used to pay for orders, virtual try-ons, and Jewel Box sessions.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
  • Referral bonuses (₹50 per successful referral) are credited as wallet balance.
💰 Recharge your wallet anytime via UPI, Card, or Net Banking through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

  • Return request submitted after the 15-day return window.
  • Item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused during delivery.
  • Return request missing required evidence (unboxing video for damage claims).
  • Order value below ₹100 minimum return threshold.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance events.
  • Virtual try-on credits once consumed (AI generation is non-refundable).
  • Wallet recharge amounts (these are credits, not purchases of goods).
⚠️ Unboxing video is required for damaged, wrong item, or not-as-described claims. Without video evidence, we are unable to process the refund.
